Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
The Terra d’Oro 2019 Rosé is a complex, yet refreshing, wine that radiates a gorgeous,
delicate pink hue in the glass. Intense aromas of lychee, honeydew melon, wet stone,
cut grass, strawberry and cantaloupe are framed by hints of orange blossom and
tropical fruit. The palate is bursting with an entry of fresh melon, pear and white
peach. The fruit medley dances through the mid-palate leading to a clean finish of
stone and dragon fruit.

Vineyard Notes
Vintage 2019 brought ideal conditions in Amador County for growing flavorful
Grenache and Nebbiolo, the centerpiece of this exquisite Rosé. A slow start to the
growing season brought even ripening as the grapes developed beautifully to create
rich, ripe, fruity characteristics.
Production Notes
The Grenache and Nebbiolo grape clusters were harvested early in the morning hours, then gently crushed into press before undergoing 24 hours of skin contact, which allowed a delicate pink hue to be extracted from the Grenache. 60& Nebbiolo and 40% Grenache. 100% Delish
Winemaker Notes
The Grenache and Nebbiolo grape clusters were harvested early in the morning
hours, then gently crushed into press before undergoing 24 hours of skin contact,
which allowed a delicate pink hue to be extracted from the Grenache. The Nebbiolo
was pressed off immediately before the juice was fermented in 100% stainless steel
and allowed to sit in contact with lees for 3 months to add viscosity to the mid-palate.
The result is a crisp, medium-bodied and off-dry wine with deep flavor and versatility,
perfect for a springtime afternoon.
Food Pairing Notes
An incredibly versatile wine, the Terra d’Oro 2019 Rosé pairs beautifully with brown butter gnocchi, lightly seasoned salmon or sushi.
